Advanced F-16

ZedaSoft built an Advanced F-16 Cockpit Demonstrator for BAE Systems of America's business development unit.  We started with our Reconfigurable Cockpit Simulator (RCS) shell and integrated an advanced F-16 instrument panel including a 6x8 color display like the one used by the Air National Guard.  The cockpit also featured a new AESA radar upgrade which allowed for simultaneous Air-to-Air and Air-to-Ground radar scanning.  High fidelity Hands-On Throttle and Stick (HOTAS) were provided by Bugeye Technologies with cockpit I/O interfaces provided by United Electronic Industries.

A portable three-screen LCD visual display system portraying the MVRsimulation Virtual Reality Scene Generation (VRSG) software and Southwest USA database completed the out-the-window image generation system. SAR map and EO/IR sensor channels from MVRsimulation modeled the advanced sensor capabilities of the aircraft.
